A decade ago, Jim Collins wrote what many would claim is the best business / leadership book ever written, Good to Great.
It is hard to believe 10 years have slipped by since Good to Great was released.
When you look back over the last decade has your life and leadership moved toward greatness?
Chances are, if you have applied Collin’s principles, you have made progress.
As we begin a new decade, let me remind you that the systems and routines you currently have built into your life are perfectly designed to give you the results you are now getting.
Your mind is a product of your commitment to study and learning. Your body is a reflection of your exercise and nutrition. Your soul is a manifestation of the spiritual habits you either practice or neglect.
If you want to move things to another level during 2011, I encourage you to look at your habits and make the necessary adjustments.
For the next few days, we will look at some of the principles from Good to Great. I look forward to hearing from you and taking the journey toward greatness together.
May this be an amazing year of progress for you as a leader!
For those of you who have read the book, what is your favorite concept from Good to Great?
