Where are you having lunch today?  Who are you having lunch with?

As a leader you better know which of those two questions is more important.

Restaurants are irrelevant when compared to relationships.

Lunch is one of the most strategic hours of the day for a leader.  A meeting at meal time gives you the opportunity to encourage, coach, and catch up on how someone is doing.

I challenge you to have an intentional plan for your lunches.  This adds up to several hundred hours per year of face to face time.  Make the most of it.

Choose connections over calories and watch your influence grow instead of your waist line.
