“Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted.” Albert Einstein’s reminder, years ago, still applies today.

Many leaders fall into the trap of worshipping results. While numbers matter, they are not all that matters. There are many things that cannot be measured.

If you only evaluate your health as an organization or team based on your metrics or the won-loss record, chances are, you will become rigid rather than relational.

Stop counting and focus on what really counts.
