After blogging about “why” a few days ago, someone sent me a link to Simon Sinek’s Ted Talk, “How Great Leaders Inspire Action.”

In the talk Sinek makes the following observation: “People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.”

As you begin a new week of leadership go back to your why instead of your what. If you will, your energy will rise and your production will follow.
