Today marks i2i blog number 100!

I would like to say thank you to all of you who have become readers and have helped me to grow the audience.  I really appreciate all of your support, opinions, and feedback.  And I am especially grateful to those who have invited their friends, staffs, and family members to become subscribers.

Our leadership tribe consist of educators, students, factory workers, athletes & coaches, corporate & business leaders, financial planners, and people from the medical field. We even have several MLB scouts who have become readers.

Our diversity shows that good leadership is vital in every area of life.

As we move forward the site will be changing in order to make it more user friendly and easier for the leadership conversation to continue.

If you have ideas of how I can make this better for you as a leader, I am open to suggestions.

As we close out the first 100, I would like to remind you of a couple of the core values of i2i leadership.

  1. Integrity is the foundation of every area of life.
  2. Influence can only be maximized when integrity is present.
  3. The pain of discipline is less than the pain of regret.
  4. You never regret doing the right thing.
  5. Great leaders are called to integrity and committed to influence.

Here’s hoping you will all live i2i lives and stick with me for 100 more!
