If “Simple Sells,” as we saw yesterday, then “Complexity Kills.”
The challenge is, the more an organization grows, the more complexity grows.
Years ago, I could never have imagined how complex my world would become.
More staff = more meetings. Bigger budgets = more to allocate. Facilities, H.R., Strategies, Hiring, Managing, Marketing, Communicating, . . . the list never ends.
If your world feels complex, you are not alone. You are a leader.
Your job is to not only chart the course, but to keep things simple by clearing away the clutter of complexity.
Why? Because Complexity Kills.
