For the past two years, I have tried to serve you through the i2i blog and add value to your life and leadership. Thanks to all of you, our discussion has spread all over the world. There are literally hundreds of different occupations represented by our i2i readership.

People ask me all the time, “What is in it for you, Randy?”

Truthfully, I enjoy knowing others like to think about leadership and work on maximizing their influence, just as I am trying to do. The occasional encouraging comment doesn’t hurt either.

My goal has never been to advertise or profit off of what I am learning and writing. I simply have wanted to make a difference. I have never asked for anything in return.

Today I am changing that. The fact is, I really could use your help.

Over the past year, a friend of mine and I have written a book titled, Finding Your Way. Without apology, I am asking you to purchase a copy (or copies) to help us get our little snowball rolling.

Finding Your Way is a hardback fable about a young leader who is struggling to know what he should be doing with his life. The story introduces the Finding Your Way Process which is a great tool for anyone who feels stuck in their current career path. There is also a companion journal for those who desire to do some real assessment of their current alignment.

My co-author, Dan Webster, and I believe that every leader needs to discover their gifts and passions and align their life accordingly. Finding Your Way is the perfect tool to set any leader on the right path.

“Finding Your Way is a must read for those searching for the right path in life. Age does not matter. Reading this book is like cleaning a mirror. The more you read the clearer the image. This book might be your wake up call to get you re-energized and back into the game. It did me!”

– Ron Wallace – former President of UPS International

This week, I will tell you more about the project, but in the mean time, go and check out the Finding Your Way website @ Better yet, click here to buy a copy of the book and journal. For the next two weeks there will be free shipping on all Finding Your Way purchases made in the U.S.

If you currently feel like you are in your sweet spot, then buy copies for others who appear to be stuck. I promise you, the book and journal will

be a great gift to any leader. Not to sound like a commercial, but if you read Finding Your Way and don’t feel like it is valuable to you, I will personally refund your investment.

I dream of a day when every leader wakes up excited about doing what they are created to do. If you will help us spread the message of Finding Your Way, I am crazy enough to believe that dream can become a reality.

Thank you for your help!
