Is Opportunity Knocking?

The words of Professor Reed Markham encourage leaders to not shy away from a challenge.

“Successful leaders see the opportunities in every difficulty rather than the difficulty in every opportunity.”

Are you currently facing a challenge? If so, then you have an opportunity.

I am currently facing a challenge, and I do believe then, that there’s an opportunity. I think challenges can make a person better because paradigms necessarily have to shift. The more difficult the situation, the more one is challenged by the puzzle and through that experience is capable of even more complexity and mind shift.
I’ve often wondered if parallel universes are as simple as a mind shift. It seems that way. We look at our world, we feel we know it, and then we are challenged somehow. Often miraculously, we see things freshly. The world about us is different than it was previously.
