Thank you for this message today. Leaders that recognize they are not always perfect and are welcome to feedback helps to lead to better communication in teams. When experiencing a leader that is not open to feedback, I find the best ways to engage them are to admit faults that you have while presenting information in a way that shows you want to help other people.
