Oil in Your Physical Lamp?

When it comes to your physical life, Mother Teresa’s quote, “In order to keep the lamp burning, you have to keep putting oil in it,”  definitely applies.

A leaders health and fitness are vital if he (or she) is to sustain his influence.

Yet leader after leader treats exercise and diet as if they are optional.

One of the greatest ways you can increase your energy level is to expend more energy by working out a few times a week.

Combine your workouts with “eating to live” rather than “living to eat,” and you will be well on your way to having oil in your physical lamp.

It is never too late to do the right thing.  If you have been putting off your pursuit of fitness, today is the day to start.

Great post. I have started to work out a couple times a week. I also take the stars and park toward the back of parking lots. Doing little things like this has helped me have my “physical lamp full”
