Preparation

“Champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend preparing for it. The victorious performance itself is merely the demonstration of their championship character.” – T. Alan Armstrong

Chew on that one today and spend a chunk of your time preparing. The event is coming, and you need to be ready.

This is a great reminder that success is when preparation meets opportunity. It is not in the event, the awards, or recognition that establishes the success but rather identifies who is the successful trainer/preparer.
