RIGHT @ Home

Yesterday I shared a Pat Riley quote with you about motivation. “A champion needs a motivation above and beyond winning.” Well, so does a leader.

For me, my greatest motivation over the past 25 years, outside of my faith, has been my  amazing wife, Laura.

In the Bible, Proverbs 31:10 asks, “An excellent wife, who can find?” I have the answer.

Me!

The passage goes on to say in verse 11, “The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain.”  That pretty much sums it up for me, a life of great gain thanks to an incredible woman.

On this Valentine’s Day, I hope you can say that things are “right” at home and you see your family relationships as a higher motivation than your desire to acquire.

Never forget that your leadership legacy begins at home. Keep things in the RIGHT order and you will be a better leader.

i2i,

Randy

How has your home life affected your leadership? How has your leadership affected your home life?

If not for my Loving Wife I would not be the man I am today, Amy’s encouragement, tolerance, love, and guidance are present in everything I do. I am so fortunate.

Randy, without Nancy I would be hopeless…  God definitely blessed me more than I deserve when He brought Nancy into my life.  I thank Him every day for her…

You guys look exactly the same as you did 19 years ago!!!!  Just a little more wisdom showing around the temples!  You blessed me early on by the example you set in a godly marriage.
Blessings,

I love the picture Randy! You both look so happy. Genuinely.
There isn’t a day that does not go by that I don’t support or feedback from my wife that always helps me or encourages me in some way. I am so grateful to God for putting my wife Julie in my life. She is so smart, loyal and always has my back.  I was recently lucky enough to attend the couples evening at church and am forever grateful the couple that prays together stays together.
