Basketball legend, Julius Erving, once said, “Being a professional is doing the things you love to do even on the days you don’t feel like doing them.”
Are there areas in your leadership where you don’t feel like showing up on certain days? If so, see yourself as a pro, and resist the urge to coast.

What traits make a great professional?
Not letting down the team because you are hurt, even injured or sick – but also knowing when your participation would be detrimental. Leaders inspire others to push through the tough times, whether mental or physical or sometimes emotional. And, oh yea – leaders do not make a big deal about it either – they just do what needs to be done.
So true, Coach. Thanks, and have a great weekend!
solid, relentless consistency
Great traits Mike!
