I think simple is important because we live in an age where we encounter difficult situations and circumstances everyday. Navigating through these challenges can be burdensome and take its toll on anyone over time. When we are able to counteract these difficulties with things that are easy to grasp, understand, and overcome, it can be a breath of fresh air and gives us more freedom to enjoy life at home, work, or wherever we are.
