Long ago, Aristotle said, “Men acquire a particular quality by constantly acting in a particular way.”
In other words, practice determines performance.

The overlooked word in Aristotle’s quote is constantly. Too often I want to practice occasionally.
If you really want to get better at something, there is really only one way – show up for practice … constantly.
